Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be in the same condition in which it was received.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos of the item.
Photos of the packaging and shipping label.

After reviewing your claim, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified damaged or defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order after your eligible return has been processed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. As a result, cancellation or modification requests cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
